Performance and Emissions of Diesel Engine with Circulation Non-Surfactant Emulsion Fuel System

Diesel engine is known for its durable operation and capability of utilizing various type fuels, however, dangerous exhaust emissions are emitted from diesel engines. Non-surfactant emulsion fuel a potential to reduce Nitrogen oxides (NOx) Particulate matter (PM) emission compare conventional in engine. In this study, was prepared using mixer as Circulation Non-Surfactant Emulsion Fuel System. The study carried out with different water percentages the given follows: 3%, 6%, 9% at load condition 1-4 kW constant speed 3200 rpm. Results show that, 6% shows average 4.38% reduction NOx 1.10% consumption. higher amount CO while it reduces CO2 emission. Overall, when recommended formation non-surfactant fuel.
